1. Scope
Your electronic order from www.centauralstudio.de is subject to these general terms and conditions.

2. Contractual partner
The purchase contract is concluded with:

A consumer within the meaning of the following regulations is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
3.2 By clicking the Binding Order button, you are making a binding declaration of intent to order the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order immediately after its completion by sending a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This confirmation email contains all order details. You must therefore ensure that the email address you provide to us is correct, that receipt of emails is technically ensured and, in particular, that it is not prevented by SPAM filters.
3.3. The goods order with contractual conditions will be stored by us until it is processed. You have this data in the form of the data in accordance with Section 3.2. email sent after conclusion of the contract. You also have the option of saving or printing out the contract text when ordering.
3.4. The final contract is in German.

4. Return shipping costs
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (Section 5), you will have to bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.

5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a legal right Right of withdrawal .

6. Delivery area and customer base
Orders and deliveries are currently only possible within Germany. If you would like to order or deliver outside of these areas, we will be happy to help you.

7. Prices and shipping costs
7.1 The prices stated on the product pages include statutory sales tax and other price components.
7.2 In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page. CENTAURALSTUDIO currently delivers free of charge if your order is placed within the usual commercial framework.

8. Payment and Delivery
The purchase price must be paid in advance and is due with your order. The goods will only be dispatched once the purchase price has been paid into our account or we have received a corresponding payment guarantee from your bank. Payment can be made in the following ways: advance payment via bank transfer or payment via PayPal.

9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

10. Choice of law, place of performance, place of jurisdiction

10.1 German law applies. For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence is not withdrawn (principle of favourability).
10.2 The place of performance for all services from the business relationships existing with us and the place of jurisdiction is our registered office, provided that you are not a consumer but a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or your place of residence or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is filed. The right to appeal to the court at another legal place of jurisdiction remains unaffected by this.

10.3 The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods expressly do not apply.
